The Yeboda team examined the jar openings, lids, and sealing samples. We identified inconsistent neck dimensions, unsuitable liner compression, and uneven capping pressure as the main causes.
Solução
As an experienced glass honey jar factory, Yeboda refined the neck finish, matched the lid liners to the glass openings, and standardized capping pressure. We also introduced inverted storage and leakage tests before shipment.
Resultados
