Our team examined the bottle neck finish, cap thread, sealing liner, and capping torque. We found that small variations in neck dimensions were causing inconsistent cap engagement.
Solução
As their glass milk bottle factory, Yeboda tightened neck-finish tolerances and matched the cap thread and liner to the garrafas de vidro. We also established a controlled capping torque range and added sealing tests during production.
Resultados
The customized glass milk bottles achieved more stable cap engagement, consistent sealing, and smoother automated capping. Yeboda became the Spanish brand’s long-term glass milk bottle factory for repeat orders.
