A customer in Serbia requested the design and manufacture of a custom wide mouth 取っ手付きメイソンジャー. The jar needed to integrate function and usability with strength and beauty, while being safe and practical for daily, longterm usage for hot and cold drinks.

While these technical difficulties cannot be avoided, we are committed to not sacrificing quality or misleading a customer. To address the performance challenge of uneven glass distribution, we changed the mold design, changed the forming process, and tightened quality inspections. We constantly communicated with the customer and made sure all of our adjustments were in line with their desires. In the end, we achieved a strong, safe, and attractive wide-mouth mason jar with a handle – and received strong recognition from the customer.
