Yeboda selected as a German honey brand’s glass honey jar factory for creating custom glass 蜂蜜の瓶 for its high-quality raw honey line. The body was hexagonal with a capacity of 350ml, the mouth was wide, the glass base was thick and the lids were metal twist-off. The brand appreciated Yeboda’s flexibility in customization, packaging experience and QA.
課題
Honey Leakage
Some filled jars leaked around the lid during storage.

The Yeboda team examined the jar openings, lids, and sealing samples. We identified inconsistent neck dimensions, unsuitable liner compression, and uneven capping pressure as the main causes.
解決
As an experienced glass honey jar factory, Yeboda refined the neck finish, matched the lid liners to the glass openings, and standardized capping pressure. We also introduced inverted storage and leakage tests before shipment.
結果
The improved glass honey jars achieved more consistent sealing and reduced leakage during testing. Satisfied with the packaging performance, the German brand continued ordering from Yeboda, establishing a long-term partnership with our glass honey jar factory.
