Cause Analysis
The Yeboda team analyzed the damaged samples and found glass-to-glass friction, lack of internal separation, and poor lighting conditions with the angle as the primary causes.
Solution
Yeboda, a glass spice jar factory, was recognized for quality, and thus implemented individual protector separators, upgraded carton partitions and pre-packed angled-light surface inspections. In addition, transit checks were done to confirm packages performance.
Results
