1. Context
A honey brand in American approached us with a request to design a honey bee mason jar for its new product line. His vision was a smooth, transparent container that not only reflected the natural purity of their honey, but also provided ease of use to consumers.
2. Challenge
Honey naturally crystallizes over time. If the jar design is not customized – for example, if the neck is very narrow or the inner surface is uneven – so the honey can be difficult to scoop or pour honey, resulting in a negative product experience. It created an important challenge for the design and construction of the jar.
3. Result
Although the difficulties were unavoidable, we are committed to maintain quality without compromising. To overcome this challenge, we worked closely with the customer to refine the design, which ensures an ideal jar shape with smooth interior walls and a wide, practical opening. Through continuous communication and adjustment, we ensured that the jar meet both functional and beauty requirements, providing the best solution for the brand.

4. How did we do this
- Preliminary function: We carefully analyzed the crystallization behavior of honey and adjust the jar design to facilitate a wide mouth and polish interior for easy scooping and cleaning.
- Sample production: Many prototypes were produced and sent to the customer. Depending on their response, we corrected the design for purpose and brand alignment.
- Cost adaptation and manufacturing: In the entire production, we maintained close communication with clients, provided regular progress updates, and implemented cost -effective solutions without compromising the quality. This ensures on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
