The customer faced many challenges. Standard honey bear bottles often cause airtight seal deficiency, risk of honey malfunction. We developed a custom honey bear bottle using thick, food-grade glass with an airtight cap to maintain freshness. The mold was carefully prepared to maintain the fickle shape of the bear, strengthening strength. Smooth surfaces were integrated for labeling and branding. The production workflows supported both small-batch and bulk orders, and strict quality inspections ensured safety, durability and visual stability.

The resulting square masala jar exceeded expectations. The Singapore supplier successfully launched its premium spice line and received positive reviews from retailers and wholesale customers.
