Background del cliente
A Spanish dairy brand was looking for a reliable glass milk bottle factory for a new fresh milk line. They chose Yeboda for its custom glass production, closure matching, and quality inspection. The brand purchased 500ml bottiglie di latte in vetro featuring a round body, thick base, short neck, clear glass and white screw caps with a front logo printed onto them.
Sfide
Cap Loosening
Some caps became loose during transportation and handling.
Uneven Sealing
Different bottles showed inconsistent sealing pressure after capping.
Slow Capping
The inconsistent neck finish made automated capping less efficient.
Analisi delle cause
Our team examined the bottle neck finish, cap thread, sealing liner, and capping torque. We found that small variations in neck dimensions were causing inconsistent cap engagement.
Soluzione
As their glass milk bottle factory, Yeboda tightened neck-finish tolerances and matched the cap thread and liner to the bottiglie di vetro. We also established a controlled capping torque range and added sealing tests during production.
Risultati
The customized glass milk bottles achieved more stable cap engagement, consistent sealing, and smoother automated capping. Yeboda became the Spanish brand’s long-term glass milk bottle factory for repeat orders.
