A customer in Serbia requested the design and manufacture of a custom wide mouth bocal Mason avec poign\u00e9e<\/a>. The jar needed to integrate function and usability with strength and beauty, while being safe and practical for daily, longterm usage for hot and cold drinks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L'ajout d'une anse \u00e0 un bocal Mason complexifie consid\u00e9rablement la structure du moule par rapport \u00e0 celle des bocaux flottants seuls. Cela augmente souvent le risque d'une r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale du verre, notamment \u00e0 la jonction anse\/corps du bocal. While these technical difficulties cannot be avoided, we are committed to not sacrificing quality or misleading a customer. To address the performance challenge of uneven glass distribution, we changed the mold design, changed the forming process, and tightened quality inspections. We constantly communicated with the customer and made sure all of our adjustments were in line with their desires. In the end, we achieved a strong, safe, and attractive wide-mouth mason jar<\/a> with a handle \u2013 and received strong recognition from the customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
