One Japanese seasoning brand was looking to find a spice jar exporter that would deliver quality to help it maintain its growing retail and online retail segment. The company needed small and tough Gewürzgläser aus Glas that would be able to preserve airtight closing on powdered spices and mixed seasonings. The designed product was a 120ml square glass jar which is rounded at the edges, thin side is 58mm lug and the bottom of the jar is thick to be stable. The induction liner was combined with a metal lug cap accompanied with the jar. The client has selected Yeboda due to our rigid dimensional tolerance control, experience in exports and the ability to carry out seal performance testing prior to shipping.

Cap Engagement Inconsistency
During high-speed filling, certain caps did not fully engage with the lug threads, resulting in uneven torque and potential leakage during shipping.
