1. Kontext
A Vatican customer approached us to customize a wide mouth glass storage jars designed for storage of jam and spicy products. Beyond the requirement of an attractive design and safe sealing, the jar was also required to guarantee long -term food security and stability.
2. Herausforderung
The customer specified that stored products can be acidic, which can pose a possible risk of response with standard glass content. Therefore, they required a jar made of highly stable, food-safe glass that would not interact with the material during storage or transport.
3. Ergebnis
Although technical challenges were unavoidable, we were committed to our theory of our customers ever compromising or confusing our customers. To address the issue of acid resistance, we optimized both raw material formula and production process. During the project, we maintained close communication with the customer, ensuring that every decision was transparent and aligned with their needs.
The end result was a wide mouth mason jar that not only met stringent food safety standards, but also offered excellent sealing performance and matched the brand expectations of the customer.The customer expressed great satisfaction with the result.

- Pre-production research:Done intensive study of glass structure to ensure resistance to acidic food products.
Developed accurate manufacturing schemes to ensure accurate neck dimensions and reliable sealing performance. - Sample development:Prepare an initial set of samples for the evaluation of the customer.Adjusted design elements – including neck threading, thickness distribution, and clarity – based on the response to attack the correct balance between functionality and aesthetics.
- Cost optimization and mass production:Improvement in production technology to reduce raw material waste while maintaining quality.
Weekly communication with clients maintained, timely distribution and complete customer satisfaction to ensure progress updates and quality inspection reports.
Through these efforts, we not only gave the ideal packaging solution for the customer’s product line, but also strengthened our reputation as a reliable manufacturer of high quality glass jars.
