1. Kontext
An Australian customer contacted us with the target of developing minimum glass food storage containers to launch their new product line. They required a design that was both elegant and functional, ensuring that the containers would perform firmly in everyday use.
2. Herausforderung
Compared to standard glass bottles, food containers present more technical challenges. To guarantee a leak-proof and durable product, design requires airtight lids, safe clap and silicone ring. In addition, the glass is required to be manufactured with borosilicate material or better yoga to withstand both thermal shock and physical effects. Getting this balance between power, mild design and safety demands accuracy in both engineering and production.
3. Ergebnis
While such challenges are indispensable in advanced glass manufacturing, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality without compromising or making our customers compromise or misleading. To solve the problem, we invested additional efforts in mold development, material testing and procedure optimization. During the project, we maintained close communication with the customer to ensure that every stage gave the best possible results.

4. Wie haben wir das gemacht
Pre-production: Our engineering team carefully analyzed designs, selected borosilicate glass and also adapted to mold to ensure thickness and durability.
Sample production: The initial prototype was built on the basis of the customer’s response and adjusted, refining the lid, clap fit, and sealing the silicon to guarantee leak resistance.
Cost adaptation and mass production: We worked closely with the client, provided regular updates, progress reports and transparent cost solutions. This ensures on-time delivery, cost efficiency and satisfaction of the top, customers.
