The customer wanted packaging that preserved freshness, enhancing the shelf appeal, and reflecting their high quality brand identity. Supporting both domestic sales and international export markets, retail performance, gift sets and distribution require suitable bottles.

The customer faced many challenges. Standard olive oil bottles often lack airtight seal, compromise with product freshness and shelf life. Many skleněné lahve were delicate, which broke during handling and shipping. Additionally, traditional design limits limited labeling space and brand discrimination, making it difficult to express the premium image for the client and stands on retail shelves.

Yeboda identified three main issues: maintaining oil freshness, ensuring bottle stability and increasing brand presentation. Without airtight closure, olive oil can oxidize and lose taste. Fragile Glass increased the risk of damage during transport. The limited surface area prohibited branding and labeling options, affecting the overall premium perception of the product.

We designed durable, food-grade olive oil bottles with airtight cap to preserve freshness. Bottles were shown a smooth, ergonomic design with clear labeling and smooth surfaces for branding. The flexible production workflows supported both small-batch and bulk orders. Hard quality inspections ensured that each bottle meets suitable durability, safety and visual standards for retail and delivery.

Final olive oil bottles exceeded expectations. Argentina customer successfully launched its premium olive oil line, receiving positive response from retailers and distributors.
