A Brazilian food supplier from the honey industry contacted Ano, ano. for the production of special honey bear bottles. The packaging needed to keep honey fresh while offering a playful yet luxurious look and thus shelf appeal. The desired bottles had to be functional and durable while also bearing a brand identity suitable for both end consumers and domestic and international distribution markets.

The customer faced many challenges. Standard honey bear bottles often cause airtight seal deficiency, risk of honey malfunction. Many skleněné lahve were delicate, pose a risk of breaking them during filling and shipping. Additionally, traditional designs limited branding and labeling space, making it difficult for the supplier to separate their product and express a premium image on crowded retail shelves.

Yeboda identified three main issues: fresh protection, durability and brand presentation. Without safe lids, honey can lose quality. During transport, delicate glass reduced the risk. Bottles are required to balance eccentric design with structural integrity, providing sufficient labeling area to effectively communicate the premium position of the brand.

We developed a custom honey bear bottle using thick, food-grade glass with an airtight cap to maintain freshness. The mold was carefully prepared to maintain the fickle shape of the bear, strengthening strength. Smooth surfaces were integrated for labeling and branding. The production workflows supported both small-batch and bulk orders, and strict quality inspections ensured safety, durability and visual stability.

The resulting square masala jar exceeded expectations. The Singapore supplier successfully launched its premium spice line and received positive reviews from retailers and wholesale customers. The airtight jar effectively preserves freshness, effectively prevents breakage of the durable glass, and the elegant design reinforces the brand’s image.
