Background
A premium water brand from Spain was preparing to launch a new “Mediterranean mineral water” line for hotels and restaurants. They needed custom glass water bottles with a clean, modern look: a 500ml slim cylindrical body, short neck, and a heavy, stable base for upscale table service. After comparing several options, the brand selected Yeboda because we could provide stable mass production, strict decoration control, and complete support from bottle molding to logo application—something many glass water bottle vendor options could not guarantee.

Challenges
Decoration Not Matching the Brand Standard
The customer needed a simple logo that has fine lines and does not have a lot of spacing. Early samples by other suppliers exhibited blurred edges, ink thickness was not even and logo positioning was not consistent.
Color Consistency Across Multiple Production Runs
Their brand identity required the same logo tone across repeat orders. They were worried that small differences in firing temperature and ink batches would create visible shade shifts.
Cause Analysis
Our engineering team reviewed their previous samples and confirmed the key issues:
- The bottle surface curvature caused slight distortion during printing.
- The logo alignment reference was not standardized, so placement drifted between batches.
- The firing curve was unstable, creating color variation and weak adhesion.

Solution
Adjusted Bottle Design for Decoration Stability
We optimized the decoration area by refining the body’s straight-wall tolerance and ensuring a more consistent print zone. This reduced distortion without changing the overall bottle silhouette.
Standardized Logo Positioning System
We created a fixed positioning mark based on the bottle finish and base seam line. This ensured the logo always faced the same direction during production, improving consistency across shipments.
Controlled Printing + Firing Parameters
We tested multiple ceramic ink mixes and finalized a stable firing curve. Each batch followed the same QC checklist: adhesion test, scratch resistance test, and color delta checks.
Results
The Spain brand successfully launched their new product line with a clean, premium logo finish. The final bottles showed:
- Sharp logo edges and accurate line details
- Stable color consistency across repeat orders
- Improved decoration durability during filling, washing, and restaurant use
Most importantly, the client confirmed they finally found a long-term glass water bottle vendor that could meet both branding precision and production reliability.
